The equipment employed in LitePure® unit is designed to
withstand these climate conditions.

drinking water quality.
LitePure-B
The LitePure®-B Compact and Mobile Water
Supply Unit, is designed to supply safe drinking water at any
site and condition, and refill bottles.
The water treatment unit can be mounted in a 20' ISO container
for potable transportation via ground, sea or air.
The units can be either self-contained with their own power source
or powered by external sources. The unit contains:

The LitePure® combines several filtration
and water purification processes into one integral unit
with an economy of space and investment.
The design is based on ODIS experience in designing
and manufacturing water treatment units, suitable to
operate in difficult field conditions in natural and
humanitarian disaster areas.

Micron Cartridge
Filters
The 5 micron replaceable cartridge filters are designed
for highly effective filtration of water down to 5
micron. The filters are manufactured entirely from
FDA approved materials, and are suitable for potable
water.

CIP - Clean In Place
System
The surface of RO membranes is subject to fouling
by undesirable materials which may be present in the
feed water, such as hydrates of metal oxides, calcium
precipitates, organic and biological matter. The CIP
is not part of the normal flow of the system, and
is used only when required

Bottling Assembly (LitePure-B):
Bottle capacity is up to 15,000 bottles of 1 liter
or 10,000 bottles of 2 liter per day. Bottle sizes
are versatile, from 1 through 1.5 to 2 liters. Bottling
assembly includes:
- Blow Molding Machine for PET
bottles.
- Versatile Bottles Filling Machine
- Caps closing unit
- Labeling Machine
- Shrink wrapping machine
- UV Treatment: UV unit is used for
double protection before bottle filling.
