Element
A unique
element composed of layers of 316 stainless steel, heat-compacted
(sintered) screens to form a reinforced filtering element that
doesn't require PVC or steel support, resulting in a filtering
area larger than that of a standard screen.
The sintered filtering element integrate five 316L stainless steel
screens:
- Inner
protection screen for protection of fine filtering screen
- Fine
filtering screen
- Two
dispersal screens
- External
reinforcing screen for mechanical strength
This
unique element filters hard water with extra high-efficiency and
low head losses.
Screens are available in various mesh sizes and filtering grades
in the range of 1000 to 5 microns.
Filter
Housing
The filter housing is made from plated carbon steel, stainless
steel or vulcanized steel.
